Head to Ted’s Garage in Clinton for tasty all-American fare in a fun, fifties-style setting.The FoodMy first visit to Ted’s is on a Wednesday evening. It’s Italian night—spaghetti for $8.95 or trio pasta for $9.95. Tempting, but to be honest, what I really want is the deep-fried walleye and breaded shrimp with homemade chips and coleslaw. But that’s the Friday night special—all you can eat for $9.95—so I’m just going to have to come back.I’ve heard rave reviews about the steaks on the menu, so instead I opt for the Cheyenne Sirloin with sweet potato fries. Not that I’m settling. I realize this when my steak arrives—juicy, flavorful, cooked to perfection and accompanied by a mountain of sweet potato fries and brown sugar butt...
