Bloomington’s Destihl Restaurant & Brew Works is a far cry from your average brewery. And its menu offerings are a step—or five—above typical bar food. The brewpub and restaurant, which opened in November 2008, offers a selection of beers and lagers brewed onsite by a professional brewmaster, as well as a menu featuring American fare—with a twist.
